Return Policy
Given the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the items are unopened and the packaging is in its original condition. If, however, your purchase was shipped incorrectly or damaged during the shipping process, we may issue a replacement.

Return Requirements
You can only return or exchange unopened products. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, please contact us (within 30 days of the ship date) about returning it before opening the packaging. We will not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened even if you have not used the product.
If your order was shipped incorrectly or damaged in transit, we may issue a return, provide a store credit or send a replacement order at no additional cost. If your shipping issues were caused by our mistake, we may refund you the shipping cost (if applicable) as well. All we ask is that you provide us with information about your shipping issues and contact us within 30 days of us shipping your order.
We decide how to deal with shipping issues on a case-by-case basis, based on the information provided to us. If you do not provide enough information about your shipping issues (or the information is inconclusive), your request may not be processed.
The Return Process

We inspect all the returns we receive. If your return complies with this policy, we’ll fulfill your refund or exchange request. If, however, your return does not comply with this policy – for example, you do not return your purchase in the same condition – we may not carry out your request.
