What payment methods does you accept?


We accept payments from all major credit cards and payment processors, including VISA, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Shop Pay.


Once I’ve placed my order, how long will it take to deliver?


Delivery times depend on the delivery method you choose when placing an order. We offer a range of deliver methods, including expedited shipping options.


Once your order is received and your delivery method is chosen, our fulfillment team aims to process your order within 3 business days. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped to you (based on the shipping option you chose at checkout).


Typically, our products arrive within 2-10 business days (if you live in the contiguous US), depending on your chosen shipping method.


Do you offer free shipping?


We offer all sorts of promotions through our website. Some of our promotions may include free shipping, so make sure you check out website regularly.


Do you ship internationally?


We are currently only shipping within the continental United States, but we’re planning to expand into other markets soon. 


If we do not ship to your region, please reach out to us through our website. We’d love to hear about your interest in our products and provide an update about when we’ll be shipping to your area.


Do you offer expedited shipping?


Yes, we offer expedited shipping. You can choose from a range of shipping options at checkout (which offer a variety of shipping methods and timelines). 


Please note that orders only ship once our fulfillment team has processed them, which typically takes up to 3 business days. 


Can I track my order?


Of course! Once your order is processed by our fulfillment team, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use that information to track your order’s progress and its estimated delivery date. 


Please check your junk folder if you don’t receive an email from us within a few days of placing your order. 


Will my order be shipped in discrete packaging?


Absolutely. We always ship our products in discrete, non-descript packaging. 


Modifying, Cancelling or Returning an Order


Can I cancel my order?


If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us. We may be able to arrange your cancellation before your order ships or help coordinate a return. For more information about how we process returns, please read our return policy[1] . 


Can I change my order after it’s placed?


To modify an order after you place it, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.


We cannot modify your order or the shipping address after it has shipped. However, we may be able to coordinate order modifications if your item is still being processed by our fulfillment team.


Can I return or exchange my Zero Essentials order?


Given the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the items are unopened and the packaging is in its original condition. If, however, your purchase was shipped incorrectly or damaged during the shipping process, we may issue a replacement.

What if my package is lost or stolen?


We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Please ensure your shipping address can accept deliveries securely. 


What if my package arrived damaged?


If your order was shipped incorrectly or damaged in transit, we may issue a return, provide a store credit or send a replacement order at no additional cost.
